We're a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, established in 1864 and always being made new.
Our pastor is the Rev. Valerie de Cathelineau.
Worship with Us
We have services of Holy Communion at 9 am and 10:45 am with fellowship time between the services. Sunday School for pre-school-age through Confirmation runs concurrently with the 9 am worship.
service of the Word at 5 pm
Like all ELCA congregations, we celebrate our faith with Word, sacrament, liturgy and music.
The 10:45 service on the first Sunday of each month features our contemporary band. The Senior Choir leads music on other Sundays at 10:45.
Reaching out to provide a remote worship experience for our shut-ins and out-of-town parishioners and friends, we're broadcasting via Periscope. Click the button below to watch "live" or see recently recorded services.
Sunday Church School
Saint John's provides Sunday Church School for the spiritual development of children pre-K through Confirmation age at 9 am, concurrent with our early service. Parents with younger children can use this opportunity to worship without distraction, and classes have regular opportunities to participate in readings and other parts of the service.
All grade levels gather at 9 am in the parish hall, just past the worship space, between the foyer and the education building
